Both needed a victory to stay in touch with classification leaders FC Barcelona (which won today) & Valencia CF currently second & plays tomorrow.End result a disappointing 0 - 0 draw which puts both Clubs together with 24 points, but puts Real Madrid 10 points behind Barcelona.
